Cold storage is usually divided into three temperatures: high temperature, medium low temperature, and ultra-low temperature. Different ingredients require different temperatures.
High temperature cold storage
High-temperature cold storage is what we call refrigeration and fresh-keeping cold storage. The temperature is usually above 0°C. It is usually used to store fruits, vegetables, eggs, medicinal materials, wood preservation, drying, etc. Keep the temperature usually around 0°C, and use an air cooler to cool it.
Medium and low temperature cold storage
Medium and low-temperature cold storage is a high-temperature refrigerated cold storage with a temperature usually within -18°C. It is mainly used to store meat, seafood and products suitable for this temperature range.
Low temperature cold storage
Low-temperature cold storage, also known as frozen storage and refrigerated cold storage, usually has a temperature of about -20°C ~ -30°C, and the food is frozen through an air cooler or special freezing equipment.
Ultra-low temperature cold storage
Ultra-low temperature cold storage, ≤-30℃ cold storage, is mainly used for quick-frozen food and special purposes such as industrial experiments and medical treatment. Compared with the above three types, the applications on the market require slightly less.
Medium-temperature cold storage usually uses 100MM thick cold storage panels, and low-temperature storage and frozen storage usually use 120MM or 150MM thick storage panels. The foaming density of cold storage panels is 38KG ~ 40KG per cubic meter according to national standards.
1. After the cold storage and refrigeration equipment are newly installed or out of service for a long time, they should be fully inspected and debugged before being used again. When all indicators are normal, they can be started for use under the guidance of professional refrigeration technicians.
2. Pay attention to the collision and scratching of the cold storage body and outer body by hard objects during use. Because it can cause dents and rust, it can seriously reduce the local thermal insulation performance.
3. Since the prefabricated cold storage is made up of several insulation boards, there are certain gaps between the boards. During construction, these gaps will be sealed with sealants to prevent air and moisture from entering. Therefore, some sealing failure parts should be repaired in time during use. We must resolutely put an end to the phenomenon of cold escape.
The air cooler should be cleaned frequently to maintain good heat exchange status. Check whether the motor and fan rotate flexibly. If there is any blockage, add lubricating oil. If there is abnormal friction sound, replace the bearings of the same model and specifications. Clean the dirt on the fan blades, coils, and water pan. For air-cooling units, the condenser should be checked frequently. If there is scaling problem, the scale should be removed in time.
For the evaporator: Always check the defrosting situation to see if defrosting is timely and effective, which will affect the refrigeration effect and cause liquid back in the refrigeration system.
Observe the operating status of the compressor frequently; check its exhaust temperature. When operating between seasons, pay special attention to the operating status of the system and adjust the liquid supply volume and condensing temperature of the system in a timely manner.
